Our Mission
The Mission of Culinary Makers is a non-profit organization founded by the creators of Bakery Pro Kitchen, a commercial kitchen rental service and kitchen incubator.
Culinary Makers is a kitchen incubator for food startups launched by underserved individuals.
We see this platform as an important step in fostering the growth of communities and helping talented entrepreneurs achieve their dreams of launching a food-related business.

Why This Work is Important
We believe that good food uplifts the community as a whole. Successful food startups are an excellent way to create jobs in cities that need them most. Nothing brings people together like great food. While many talented individuals have the drive and skills to launch successful food startups, they often lack the funds for commissary kitchen services.
Despite offering a standout culinary product, this roadblock leaves their progress dead in the water. Our mission is to tear down these roadblocks by serving as a commercial kitchen incubator.
Building a More Diverse, Authentic Culinary Scene Across Florida
One area that we constantly need to improve is the representation and availability of authentic and diverse cuisine. As we’ve previously touched on, the trouble is that many of the skilled culinary visionaries in these groups don’t have a pathway to success in launching their own food startups. Our non-profit kitchen incubator allows these individuals to see their culinary dreams come to fruition without needing the upfront capital for commercial kitchen rental. We fund this organization through the efforts of our commissary kitchen business and generous donations from individuals.

We work to sponsor all members of underserved groups with a culinary vision to provide them with access to a commercial kitchen, assist with general capital, and access to local markets.

We also work to provide kitchen use for all underserved or otherwise disadvantaged individuals. We operate five kitchen locations in Florida and are looking to expand heavily.

The Long-Term Benefits of a Non-Profit Kitchen Incubator in Florida
Our program is helping create a better future for food startups and culinary entrepreneurs. However, we see the benefits expanding beyond the food startups we sponsor. These establishments frequently hire from within the community, creating opportunities for livelihood improvement across the board. As financial stability increases, several other local systems benefit, such as housing, education, and healthcare.
